Our Weed Control Schedule
Consistency is the key to managing weed growth on your lawn, and that's why we've tailored our weed control program to include visits every 4-6 weeks from early spring until late fall. Our pros will strategically apply pre- and post-emergent treatments depending on the time of year to ensure you boast a weed-free turf! Here's the weed control schedule we follow:
- March 15th - April 15th: During our first visit, we'll apply a pre-emergent weed control treatment to get ahead of spring weeds before they sprout.
- April 15th - May 30th: We will administer another round of pre-emergent treatments to build off the last and continue to prevent new weeds from surfacing. We'll also utilize post-emergents to eliminate any existing growth.
- June 1st - July 15th: This visit includes a second post-emergent weed control application to help tackle stubborn weeds on your lawn.
- July 15th - August 30th: Our team will spot-spray any weeds that have sprouted since our last visit with our post-emergent treatments.
- September 1st - September 30th: For this visit, we will apply another post-emergent treatment to ensure your lawn is weed-free before winter dormancy.
